All telescopic slides in our range allow an operating speed of max. 0.3 m/s

The maintenance of Miluxor telescopic slides requires very little effort. All slides that leave our production facility are lubricated with a high-pressure bearing grease. The grease used ensures excellent running properties and a long service life for the rails.

Depending on where the rails are used and the working conditions (soiling, work cycles, etc.), we nevertheless recommend cleaning and re-greasing our telescopic slides at certain intervals.

Our telescopic slides are supplied as standard without a protection system against dust and other dirt. Small dust/dirt particles can settle in the ball tracks of the rails and thus restrict the use of the rails in the long term. When planning the use of the rails, you should therefore take into account which types of soiling are present and how these can be counteracted if necessary

All information on the loads of the individual telescopic slides on our website or other documents refers to a pair of slides in the extended state, installed on edge with even weight distribution.

Our telescopic slides are designed to withstand temperatures between -80 °C and +250 °C, depending on where they are used.

Our rail systems consisting of two-, three- and four-part rails offer a stroke length of up to 200 % of the installation length.

You should observe a few basic rules:

• Utilise all mounting options
• Ensure that the mounting surfaces are level
• Ensure that the pair of rails is exactly parallel
• Align the rails exactly to each other (stops)
• Fully utilise the stroke length
  If the rails are stiff after installation, this may be due to incorrect assembly

If you adhere to the points listed, this will optimise the service life and smooth running of the telescopic slides.

Our rail systems can withstand / be used at operating temperatures of up to 250 °C.
